I have been so crazy busy this week that I haven't had a chance to take a photo of my scarf! And then, I'll be popping it in the mail sometime in the next week (but probably not until Sat., the way my afternoons have been...).

I worked on my scarf while doing laundry this weekend, and I've finished the main part of it! Now I just need to do a border of single crochet (to hide the color changes) and I'll be done with my first scarf!  Smiley

That is great!  Can't wait to see...there is plenty of time for everyone to get scarves done before the holiday madness! Cheesy

I'm still trying to figure out where to photograph mine. The light inside isn't great, plus I don't have a spot to lay out the scarf where the light might be okay.

I finished! I completed the border while baking pumpkin white chocolate chip cookies tonight.  Cheesy How to heat the apartment when your heat is broken - make cookies! I somehow had amazing timing - right after I cut the last piece of yarn, the timer for the last tray of cookies went off.  Roll Eyes

ta-da!

I have a few other things to crochet before I start my next scarf, plus I still need to decide on a pattern or stitch to use.

Yep! That's the only afghan that I've made that I've kept. I started it about 3-4 years ago, and finally finished it this past spring. For a long time I was NOT a "big project" person. I would get too bored too quickly. I have made multiple in the past year, though! Glad you like it, and my scarf!  Cheesy
