First of all, thanks to everyone on this board- for several years I've been deriving inspiration and giving nothing back!  So here are my recons, nothing amazing but I'm pretty proud of them, and without Craftsters I never would have tried!

Sorry, these are low-res iphone photos. Still, hope you get some inspiration! No before pict, just imagine everything boy-shaped!

Here is the skirt I made from my 8-yr old stepson's outgrown cargo shorts.  Girl clothes never have these awesome cargo pockets!

A halter top I made from my husband's superhero shirt that got a hole in it.  (I was coveting the shirt for a long time wanting to do something to it, waiting for it to die!)

Yep that's my toilet in the background.

Finally, a giant pullover white hoodie, reconned into a fitted, open front jacket.  This was my first time adding darts and it wasn't too hard at all!

Haha my butt is really lumpy in this picture!
Oh well...

Thanks again for the inspiration!

You've been busy. Good job with all of them, I'd get most use out of the hoodie!

Look twice, buy once. Nooooo
Look twice, decide I can make one instead.

Oh yeah, I watched that shirt for years!  Unfortunately, it got a hole right next to Too bad you can't see Nick Fury.  Which we couldn't figure out what he was so we called him "Man-Man" for a while.  When the shirt got a hole right next to Man-Man I was so bummed he wouldn't make it onto the final product.
