So I am clueless! I thought I was getting a kiln for glass. Now I have a kiln for ceramics and pottery instead. I took a fused glass class and now I can't do it. Sooooo I'm going to have to figure out what to do in this kiln. What can I do with a ceramics kiln? Any good tutorials out there for beginners? Any suggestions for things to try? Perhaps something that I don't have to invest a lot of money into. There is not much for pottery/ceramics classes in my area.

Thanks Kris

Hi Kri, I'm not sure I quite follow why you couldn't use your kiln for fused glass. Just because a pottery kiln can go to very high temperatures doesn't mean you have to use it in that way.

Does your kiln have a pyrometer attached to it to monitor the temperature?
