Dis' be my beautiful poppet, a little bit steampunk, a little bit Island and wholly pirate. She roams the seas, taunting men with her beauty and stealing treasure from under their noses.
She arrived at the Isle of Man a few days ago and was abducted my the Little Sister.  Cheesy I'm sure she couldn't be happier.
The photos below are of a mostly finished product. I made a neat chain mail belt for her waist, gave her hair some decorations and also changed her bottoms to a flowy white skirt the same material as her shirt. But this is the overall idea of the nameless Islander poppet ^^

Close-up of her hair. I wove it around "knot" style. I was really happy with that experiment. Really gave her the "islander" persona.

My best yet! *sniff* SO proud! It was really hard to let her go  Smiley But I'm assuming she'd happier being surrounded by her true love....the Sea.

Thank you squire and Beth ^^ I still don't think she compares with your poppets but I'm GETTING THERE! ^^ My major flaw is that I just don't like fussy details like buttons and toes XD

Hehe, toes? I gave up sculpting toes. They don't need no toesies. I so LOVE her hair!!! She is so perfect as an islander... and I love how you did the ruffly collar.
