P.S.  Have you tried applying some of the Filter effects to your images?
At least 4 of the categories have filters (in drop down menus) that are very useful and totally great to play around with!  I'll go and add one example of something I've done that way in the other link:

No I haven't but I definitely try that out. I'm excited about all the new things I can do now. You've given me lots of ideas and encouragement to actually play with this toy that I once saw intimidating.

Great!  It can be a fantastically interesting tool for all kinds of things, and addictive.
I also use similar effects possible at befunky.com and some other places like Picnik (also used by Flickr if you have an acct there), etc.

P.S.  When you "quote" someone else's text in your post, select only that text , then click the Insert Quote** icon...and then type your reply under the grayed area.  (That may not be quite the right steps/order and there are various ways to do it, but be sure to highlight and quote only the other person's words so won't get confusing.)

**Actually I always click Font Size before clicking Insert Quote since otherwise the quoted text is too small to read easily on some screens.
