Fabric to Pink Skirt to Petticoat

Okay, so I have a cosplay I was working on, and I had to give some poof to the dress, so I made a petticoat for it. The petticoat was just fabric, I made a pink skirt out of fabric I had bought, and then added 3 layers of tulle to get it to poof. So yeah it went from fabric to a skirt to a petticoat, and it was an interesting day. Seeing as tomorrow is when I debut the cosplay, which I have a picture of the dress that I got, I had to kick my butt in gear to do this sewing. Yay procrastinators unite!

So yeah, I may have made it specifically for a cosplay, but it can really be worn under any dress.

Very cute... it gives great volume to your cosplay dress. Also... I think you may be my evil twin! Or perhaps I am your evil twin? Doppelganger? Anyway, we look A LOT alike. It's freaky.
