I  rarely post my professional work on messageboards, but since some other professional costumers sometimes post their work,  here I go posting mine again. My husband and I work together in our home business making these things.  Smiley

Bear costume for Lumberjack Feud dinner show  http://www.lumberjackfeud.com/

My husband in the suit:

Head is sculpted in clay and molded in latex rubber with a fiberglass skull.  Body is a foam pod and padded legs as discussed in this thread: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=324988.0  Fursuit is Black Fox from http://www.crscraft.com/  Taxidermy eyes.

Thanks!  I'm usually the one in the bear suit because our usual bear clients are small guys so the suits only fit me, but this one was made for a larger person.  We often get people calling us to make suits for pranks, but they don't want to pay the $.  Shocked   Our main bear client is a professional mascot performer, he has ordered several suits from us. You may have seen him as the bear in the Stephen Colbert Christmas Special  Cheesy. Our other best bear client appears at Renaissance fairs http://byronbear.org/default.php and other venues promoting conservation of bears for http://greatbear.org/.

I love my work and love making bear suits!  Smiley
