You're so welcome!  I love trying new things and this fell right into my lap since you had unknowingly selected the fragrance for it.   Cheesy  I am loving the Make A Friend swap.  If folks haven't ever tried it, keep an eye out for the next round!

That's so pretty.  My grandmother had a tiny little turtle pin with solid scent in it that I loved.

I really like that way of wearing perfume, especially for people who are sensitive to the typical ones. do you know if there is any worry of it melting at all if you're out on a hot day in the summer?

Ooh I LOVE it and it looks like something I could actually do! Tiffi stole my question Smiley Does it do a good job of sharing the scent when you wear it?

I'm a real BPAL addict and I have about three dozen imps (little bitty tester scents) and I'm always trying to think up different things to do with them - this is definitely going to be a MUST to try!

I don't have first hand knowledge as this is the first one I've ever made.  However, since it's made of 50% beeswax which is extremely solid, I can't imagine there would be a problem.  We'll have to let thisbirdsabsurd tell us for sure.    Smiley

What a lovely way to combine a few of your skills!  The locket alone is beautiful but the addition of the scent makes it extra special!

Will the wax eventually disappear out of the locket? Does it need to be refreshed at some point?

I guess I was wondering how it keeps it scent and how long...

Thanks alwaysinmyroom!  The perfume should only disappear out of the locket if it's used up, like for rubbing on the inside of your wrist.  The locket opens so it's possible to use it that way and would be very easy to refill.  I imagine the longevity of the scent has a lot to do with it's starting strength.  I have a bit left over from this project and it still smells lovely.  I need to make one for myself now.   Smiley

What a great idea, and what a beautiful piece! I had a solid perfume ring when I was a kid (30 years ago Tongue!) which I had totally forgotten about until just now! Thank you for posting!
