This figures of Jack, Sally and the figures of Lock, Shock and Barrel, I have bought at ebay
But the vampire Duck, the whole pumpkins, Spiders, thombstones, graves, crosses, the colorful gifts, the tree with the spiderweb thats all made by myself

I dont know how common the christmas pyramids in USA.
In germany every grandmother has one! we call it "Weihnachtspyramide" (christmas = Weihnachten)
