Hey peeps!

I decided to share some of the cakes I've made for various occasions over the past year.  I'm most proud of the Gluten-free cake, since I mastered the chocolate-lattice-stand-up-things.. Could someone tell me what they are called?

Gluten-free Dark chocolate Cake

Flourless chocolate cake I made for my boyfriend's mother. The "Anna" was done by putting paper cut-outs of the letters and sprinkling icing sugar over it, then removing the paper, of course.

Those look fabulous!  I am wondering if you would mind sharing your recipe for the peanut butter cup ice cream cake... I am pregnant and could probably eat the whole thing!!

1. OMG why dont you live near me!? Those are deelllecciouss! I'd  help eat them Smiley
2. I think they are called something along the lines of "tuiles" or some variation of that. I've made parmesean tuiles before, similar concepts.

I was wondering, with your gluten free cake, what was your recipe?
My mum can't have gluten, but also can't have soy.
