It's almost laughable to call this a recipe, but here we go! Cheesy  It's not the most attractive concoction, but it just ends up tasting like a strawberry smoothie because the berries overpower the spinach.  If you add more spinach, it will end up being a lovely shade of green, too!

Ingredients:
Strawberries
Fresh spinach
Water
Crushed ice

Steps:
1 Throw it all in a blender -- you can even leave the strawberries whole, leaves & all, if you wish!
2 Blend
3 Drink Cheesy

Special note:  A fun straw makes everything tastes even more awesome Smiley

I add a banana to mine.  My whole family loves it, calling it Dagobah Delight or Pondscum affectionately. Wink

I really like the idea of this recipe, but I am just confused about something. Your picture -- is the straw super big? I see that there is a fork and plate so I'm guessing the glass can't be super small... Would it be too much to ask for another picture of this lol?

Haha!  The straw is pretty standard size, I think.  I consider the smoothie a single serving or so.  Here's another angle of it http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=383206.0

I make a spinach smoothie thing for the kids, they love it! We've got special glass smoothie straws from this place http://www.strawesome.com/products/Dynamic-Duo-Set.html, I ordered dark green and blue so the swampy colour of the smoothie can be disguised, lol.
