Aaah, so many gorgeous yarns!
I finished my other yarn after dark yesterday so I just got a photo.
This is the "before", technically finished but kinda bleh:

And this is the "after", with pompom yarn and more sparkle:

It's a Noro yarn base with some handspun wool and novelty yarns wrapped around it; 71 yds. The true color of it all is somewhere in the middle of those two pictures. Reminds me of berry-picking!

I'm living/working in Yosemite Nat'l Park til further notice! Blogging about it here. No swapping for me, and minimal crafting time, for the coming months. Almost done with library school! That sums things up for now.

Wow! You guys are amazing this week. Every single yarn in this thread is outstanding.

Here is my humble offering. Smiley Two cops of bulky 2-ply that I just plied and pulled off of my Turkish spindle a few days ago. I still need to set the twist. I just can't decide whether this will be a weaving or a knitting yarn yet. Weaving yarns should be dried under some tension. I'm thinking it would make a nice warp for a thick green tweedy scarf, but then I think about knitting a hat out of it.  Cheesy At least there are many months before anyone would want/need what I make from it, so I'll take my time deciding what it will become.
