I've got a link to a series of button tutes for poly clay buttons and I've made some-- I'll shoot you a pm  Wink

The ASL ones are shrinky dinks. I printed them on the printer shrinky dink paper. I was so frustrated as I was putting the necklace together because I realized I lost an A somewhere along the way. Then I was printing on regular shrink paper and that does not work. It finally came together slower than I wanted it to.  I'm glad you like it all.

Thanks for that tip. Do you have any good suggestions on what kind of clay, etc to make buttons? I'm just curious. PM me if you feel we are clogging up the forum.

I never would have thought to use shrinkies for button making!  That's ingenious!  And the button stamp roller is SOOOO cool....an endless button border I think will be the next thing to decorate my craft room Smiley

I'm getting nervous for PJ to receive....I keep hearing rave reviews about the item she is making me and it's making me anxious that what I sent won't be enough Undecided

I got my package from Xandrigirly!

A super cute button themed notebook:

Button bracelet:

A button necklace that my cat stole as soon as I set it down to take a picture:

(I had to chase him around the house for 5 minutes..but I got it back  Wink )

Handmade pokeball buttons:

A serious boost to my button stash (the ones at the top are my favorite):

And my favorite things ever...a major addition to my Hoopla wall. *Three* hoops!

Seriously...that's a pokeball made out of buttons! Why didn't I ever think of that?!  Shocked

I loves it Xandri! So much! Thank you for an absolutely awesome box.

I have terrible anxiety about what I sent to krismith now.

Yay! I'm glad you like things Cheesy One of the buttons you picked out as your favorite came to be after a failed attempt to make a pokeball cane to make my button making life a bit easier. I had a TON of clay that was pretty useless after I salvaged off all the red I could [it's kato and that's the only red I like but it's only sold at one place here]. I ended up rolling out a sheet and just making plain ole buttons. Oh! Did you see that those flower polyclay ones glow in the dark? Because they do. If they don't, sit them under a lamp for a bit then look =] That other polyclay [with the paisley design] might glow too. I um... I really like glow in the dark clay. Whenever I send things made of poly clay in a swap, the glow clay always worms itself in there somehow.  Roll Eyes

The pokeball was seriously fun. I saw that you said you wanted pokemon things in your sig and that was the first thing I thought of! It was also my first time ever doing a hoop anything, so it was a nice trial and error experience for me.  Cheesy

I have some swap anxiety too! I took on some things that I've never attempted before, so of course I see every little flaw in them...
