I wanted to design a pouch for hitting the garage sales without hauling a purse with me. Then I thought how funny it would be to have a hidden pocket for those times you don't want a seller to know you actually CAN afford to pay $2 instead of the $1 that you're offering. Wink so here's what I came up with! Like it? I wrote up a tutorial on how to make your own on my blog.

clever! i always hate haggling and then opening my wallet with "tons" of cash in it. i think it's great for beach trips too.

I tried making this, and even though i can work most things out if I hit a snag...am sorry to say but the directions didn't work out for me.

I tried emailing you and leaving a comment on the tutorial post on your blog, but had no luck in getting an answer.

here's hoping you may now contact me.  From what I can gather, a few others have had difficulties.  I guess I'm the only one vocal enough to speak up.

I think it's a FANTASTIC pouch and sooo want to make some, I tried 5 times, and each time got stuck at the sizing for the front hidden section.

Can you please check your measurements perhaps, and update/amend the tutorial?  Thank you muchly.

Hugs
Naomi

Hi Naomi,

I'm glad you contacted me again, I haven't been able to catch up on some correspondence, and a lot has gotten lost in a lot of confusion. I'm going to be re-doing the tutorial, and I know a lot of it was very confusing. I'm sorry about that! I'll be double-checking measurements and explanations, and I'll do my best to get the new tutorial up this weekend. Sorry for the confusion!
