Does anyone rememeber the cartoon called the oblongs. it was staring will farrel as the father with no arms and legs. I bought the dvd last year and i have become a bit obsessed with it, it has good humour, mixed with the creepiness to give it its own style. its based off a book called Creepy Susie and 13 other tragic tales for troubled children (sadly i havent seen the book anywhere)

If there is any interest i would like to start a swap for it maybe mid to late july if that was alright with everyone. Im currently organizing a swap and would like it to be completely over before i start a second one. I hope there are at least a few people who remember this show, it was on in 2001, i would love to see a bunch of oblong crafts

I was totally wishing someone would organize a swap for The Oblongs! It's one of my favorite cartoons. I had no idea it was based off of a book but the book sounds super interesting. I would definitely be in as I  already had an Oblongs project in mind that I have yet to start on.

Exactly what I was thinking. I also have a few other lesser known shows that only ended up with one season, maybe we could craft for a couple of shows like "mission hill" and "undergrads" as well and maybe get a few more people...i know alot of people dont know the canadian cartoons though, which is unfortunate.
