I laughed, I cried, I ate licorice wands - the premiere was awesome! I'm all nostalgic, though. When's the next HP swap?  Cheesy

LOL! I'm not ready to admit that it's the last one. So I'm going back to see it in 3DIMAX this evening.

I should be getting my package, which magically appeared at my post office this morning, sometime today hopefully. Fingers crossed!

That is a great package from Noxika!  I LOVE the Hermoine doll (I have been admiring Noxika's dolls - esp the Psych ones!)

MY TURN!!

I received my fantabulous package from pinkleo yesterday, just in time for opening night!

First up, the treats!

Mrs. Weasley's lentil soup mix (looks yummers!), Dumbledore's lemon drops, Luna's snack mix, and Broomsticks Beer bread mix!

The accessories:

A super cute pair of potion earrings (wore these last night):

My game!  A great deck of Ravenclaw/dragon cards and a booklet full of solitaire card games!  They look really fun!

The wearables:
For me, a sparkly, celtic Deathly Hallows t-shirt:

For my daughter, a Pygmy Puffs t-shirt (the shirt is actually white - not sure why it looks yellow in the photo):

and, the most amazing part...a Luna Lovegood sweater for my daughter!

We wore the t-shirts to the midnight show last night!  We're going again on Monday, so dd will likely wear the luna sweater then.

Thanks so much for being my partner, pinkleo!  Everything is perfect!!  Grin Grin

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Noxika, my mind just got permanent damage from looking at the things you made... Oodelally, how can you deal with the awesomeness?

And aaah, that Hagrid doll is beyond words! I want to cuddle him!

Love the Celtic Deathly Hallows, and the Potion Earrings.

Love love LOVE the Celtic know DH symbol! How clever!

That pretty much summed up my night too! We spent 4+ hours in line, made new friends, ate an ungodly amount of Potter food... And balled our eyes out. I was a little miffed over Voldy turning in to confetti when he died... but other wise, think they did a MARVELOUS job. This might be my favorite film of the franchisee. I can't wait to see it again Tuesday with sheepBlue.  Grin

Here's me on my way to the premiere. LOVE the yellow eye make-up I received in this swap. It looked awesome (even if it's a semi-crappy pic).

Seeing everyone elses costumes at the theater gave me lots of new ideas. I'm ready for another swap!!

It's not a matter of size, but a matter of heart.

ShockedSPOILERS! Aw, man! now I know what happens at the end... Cry I mean, I've read the books, but I didn't want to know how they did everything...
I'm still excited though! Wink I can't wait to see the end of the movie!

LOL I felt that same way! But we discussed it in the car on the way home and we've come to the conclusion it might have been best with nothing left to take care of. Harry might have had the respect to bury him, but can you imagine how vandalized that grave site would be and how often? lol

Also I have received my package. It's amazing Smiley I'll post pictures after I get home from seeing the movie again tonight.
Anyone see the 3D? Good effects?
