After quite a delay (but that's because we agreed on being late) here is my package! Ellie came back with the most wonderful gift ever, and I feel so so so spoilt. If you thought you got something awesome, think again, because NatATC did an amazing job. I was and am seriously impressed.
The HUUUUGE package. I put my hand on the box for size reference. And the address, welll...
Once I teared the paper apart, this is what I saw. And I liked it!
This is just a part of the folders and extra information I received about Australia. Including that sweet owl pattern, ready to crochet. Yay!
The picture book! I now realise that I do not have any inside pics, because the book is very tightly bound. I'll try to do this later.
Two towels! Yes, two. A biiiig one, that I took to school with me today, because I am currently teaching about Australia (score!). And a smaller one, that you can see on the left side. It's a magic towel. I have to put it in water, and then it'll grow. Ellie's name is on it!
Australian chocolate! I already tried the cherry one, and it's yummy! Nat made me a personalised Ellie suitcase. Inside that suitcase, I found a lanyard (Craft Princess!) that I am now using for my school keys. It's so pink! And, inside as well, but well hidden, a koala pin (later to be seen).
An awesome passport, that I still have to check, with stamps from all the places Nat and Ellie visited. Neat!
More info and some cute bird cards. Nat used these to guide me through my package. So sweet.
It's weird, but it seems like we had a serious connection during this swap. I bought Nat a snowglobe as well. I got two, one with land animals, and the other one with dolphins. They are so cute!
And then, I got this. This took me aback... I mean, what a gift, no? Dad thought it looked cheap, and a bit off. Until I opened it...
Be prepared to be amazed!
My very own crocheted umbrella. What a colours, what a craftmanship. Seriously, I am in love!
I feel so flattered to receive this, and I cannot thank Nat enough...
And the more serious group shot...
I am over the moon!
