This is what I made, because I was bored:

Super sweet hairclips.  Wink

Tutorial:

You need:
- Hairpins
- Hairclips
- Felt scattering parts (you can also cut out some figures of felt)
- Thin Felt leftover
- Buttons
- Hot glue gun

Spread on some of the felt parts some buttons and sew.

Cut off the thin felt small strip that fits on the back of the felt parts. These strips then set at the very end between the hairpins.

Make a dab of hot glue on the back of the felt parts and pull pull the prepared hairpin gently against it. (Caution hot!)

Finished a hairpin.

The hairclip is even easier to make:

Make a dab of hot glue on the end of the clip...

...and pull the felt part against it.

This also fits to my easy felt ring-Tute: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=376299.0
