My friend for whom I made the universe underwear a few months ago just had a space themed party so I made a basic black skirt and painted it. The fabric is very light and sheer so the paint is a bit crusty. I used acrylic paint with textile medium and lots of light layers.

I love it! I loved the underwear too when you posted it, but the skirt you can show off in public whereas if you try to show off your underwear in public there may be some legal repercussions  Grin Anyways...fantastic job!

Well Cervy should be a good painter because as far as I know she's an honours painting student. Hello, fellow visual arts student! I'm in printmedia third year and I see one of your picnic trees when I cycle to uni.

The skirt looks rad by the way. I haven't tried freehand painting on a garment since I was in year 8 and I was a terrible painter.
