I made this giraffe from a free Lion Brand Yarn Pattern, http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/80449AD.html?noImages=.

I wanted to make a smaller one, so I simply halved the pattern.  This one took 4.8 hours.

soo cute! i made one for my son out of eye-searing yellow and bright teal - and for whatever reason, it's his favorite. I liked this pattern because it was easy and made sense. I think you were VERY clever to halve the pattern, as full size is pretty darn big. You did such a great job!

I love this! I recently made a giraffe as well. I think they make the greatest play toys! And they're cute! Cheesy
