I received form mingus107 for my "Spiders/webs" theme!
I love the distressing, and the web is three dimensional. The background is a page from a vintage dictionary that's almost 100 YEARS old!! How cool is that !?
Thank you so much, mingus Smiley!! I love it!

(Craftster Photo Hosting isn't liking me at the moment and I'm having trouble uploading the picture of the back of the page. I'm sorry, I'll get it posted as soon as I can).

I claimed TheSavoryTruffle for Paul Bunyan.  She's without a camera for a bit, so I thought I'd post a few (kind of bad) photos to keep the gallery moving.   Grin  Hopefully she can maybe get some better pics.

His hair, eyebrows, and beard are embroidery floss, and I put a coat of gloss on the Great Lakes for some visual interest...to make them look...watery.

I received this hand drawn page from Doodisgurl today.  Thank you!

It was just the one side, so I didn't think I needed to grace you all with a back shot.  Hehe.  Wink

A great mail day - THREE chunky pages received!

First up from Mod35tBabe:

"Live. Dream. Create."

The words read "Creativity is so delicate a flower that praise tends to make it bloom, while discouragement often nips it in the bud." Alexander Osbourne

Stefanie - I found the other button after I took this pic. It hought 3 had fallen off during transit, but it was four.
Thanks so much.

And two pages from mxer145. The first is a cool Zentangle page - the word 'zentangle' is part of the design.

And the second is about creativity:

It says: "Create....creativity is the most important human resource of all."

The back:

Thanks so much Julie for two great pages. I bought rings but I'm not sure yet if that's how I will assemble my book. I now have 2 sets of pages - different sizes. I hope to combine into one book....I found a small binder at the thrift store that fits the other size. Can I figure out a way to put it all together? Stay tuned.

Oh I can't believe the buttons fell off - I put an insane amount of glue on them. It was supposed to be 6 buttons alternating in colours. I do apologise - I'll know not to use that rubbishy glue again! Oh dear I hope my other page makes it there - it won't make any sense whatsoever if it falls apart.

If you say 'plz' because it's shorter than 'please',I'll say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.
