For those of you who are good at math, or not lazy like myself, this thread isn't for you, because you can make an infinity dress without a pattern Wink.
I myself am terrible at math, and I need guidance along the way with certain things.
I was about to buy a butterick pattern for an infinity dress that wasn't really that great, but McCalls answered my prayers and came out with their own version of it which I bought (as soon as it was on sale).
The pattern itself was a pain in the butt to cut out, and the straps were the most frustrating part (because of their size and length) but sewing it together was relatively simple.
Unlike the normal infinity dresses I've seen online, this has a tube top with it so there is a bit more coverage up top for myself.
I made a dummy version (show in purple) and plan on making a black one for my sisters wedding in september.

I was making a silly face because my husband said "do the Clark smile", I should also note that at the time of my sisters wedding I will be about 8 months pregnant, so I wanted a dress that was going to be stretchy.

It looks great.  The photo makes it look black though! Do post when you've finished the next one!
