LOL thats a good sign. Im sure youll be able to make some awesome stuff with that love for the stories. i already have so many ideas, that i just have to narrow down or my partners will get so many thing. I have one idea that i REALLY want to make (based off of a really nice wooden trinket/jewelry box that i fell inlove with) I just hope my partners like my idea, or i might just make one for myself instead Wink

Yay, partners! I'm really excited, and I think this is my first time sending a package to New York! How cool.  Grin

I grabbed a copy of the Fairy Tales from the library (easy since I work there) and I'm reading through them. So surprised to realize how many of them I know, just under a different name!

Oh, and tiffi- husband was not interested in Duke Nukem, but apparently there's a sequel to Oblivion coming out later this year..?  Wink (mwahaha!)

I know how you feel.
I know all of them by different names - Fearlack in place of the boy who did not know the definition of fear.
The True Bride in place of the True Sweetheart.

I was surprised to find ones that weren't on the list that I swear were in the Grimm's book when I was little that I Loved as some of my favorites.
The Glass Mountain
The Solder and Death - still an all time favorite
East of the Sun West of the Moon
Hans the Hedgehog
Sapsorrow

I can't wait to see how everyone crafts stories and which ones people choose to craft.

Yay for partners! I can't wait to get started. Smiley

I have some good starting point ideas, but I want to re-read some of the fairy tales before getting started. I can't wait to see the gallery.

I have the same thing, I had to look through the Blue Fairy Book to find East of the Sun West of the Moon, and I noticed some tales that I also loved but didn't see in the other Grimm Book, maybe they're not Grimms but other fairy tales, either way they're faboolus! I've already started crafting and you should see the mess of a craft room I have now =P

Contacted my partner but no word yet. I love the stories she picked and I already started sketching ideas on what to make. I'm going to watch a couple of fairy tale themed/inspired movies to get me on the mood... so excited  Cheesy
