Well, I first saw Gabby (from desperate housewives) wearing a dress like this in an episode so I decided to make one, my way...
Made my own pattern for the bodice, made up the skirt as I went along, decided to use an exposed zipper (partly because it was the only one I had!) It was also an open zipper too, so I had some trouble trying to make it so that it wouldn't come apart when I undid it... Yes, I know what you're all thinking! Why not just go out and buy a zipper?! Because i made this dress on a whim over two nights after college :p

Without further ado...

Chain detail:

Tell me what you think! Cheesy

I think it looks really good! But the zipper kind of stands out Sad [in the photo, at least]. Also, is it just me, or does it seem a bit baggy across your chest, from armpit-to-armpit?
Besides that, I really like the style Smiley
