Meet Mr. Bones the Pirate. I guess finding the treasure a little late is better than never Grin
I put the pattern on my blog for anyone that is interested. He still needs to be quilted and I was thinking of adding some bling to the chest. He measures 21 x 27 inches and is fusible raw edge applique. Enjoy!

I love him.  I think bling would be the thing.

That's really neat.  I'm impressed with your applique skills and agree that the chest needs bling.

Looking for postcards from anywhere to use for RSVP cards for my 8/2012 wedding.  Have 80/200.

I totally bookmarked that pattern. It's awesome! And I do agree that the chest could use some bling.

Cute!  I agree that treasure chest needs to get it's shine on.  Maybe sequins or beads?
