Wallet/Wristlet Clasp Frame?

My sister got this wallet/wristlet from WalMart last year sometime. I noticed it recently and really like the design and such so I went to go find one but I guess they no longer carry it. I figured it would be easy enough to make myself but I'm having trouble figuring out what the type of frame is called.

It's set up like those ball-clasp purse frames except it's not curved, it's just straight. Also, instead of a ball-clasp, it's like one side has a hole in it, the other side has a small oval metal bit that fits through the hole and then folds down on a small hinge. I haven't the faintest clue what this is called.

Anyone know what it's called? or more importantly where I can buy one?
