(craftster isn't letting me put a picture in the post :/)

Made from a flat sheet for a twin bed I bought at a thrift store. This is the first dress I've ever made. My garments were usually skirts with raw edges but I'm finally learning my way around garments.  Smiley

Aren't thrifted sheets awesome? Especially when you're just starting out and worried about messing things up. Turns out, you totally didn't. Looks great! Congrats.

Since my girls actually nap (knock on wood), I am going to start trying to work off my negative feedback.  Life got hectic with their early arrival.  I apologize for the inconveniences my flaking caused.

I absolutely LOVE this.  This is my favorite style dress.  Love the color and the cute trim and hair thingy.

How did you make the bodice part?  Is it just one piece?  Great job!

This looks really good. I love anything pink, and the fit is very flattering. Good job, especially for your first dress.
