May I ask about the numbers and letters?  Are they stamps with fabric ink of some sort?  Did you stamp the dates before or after making the buttons?

Sure! I used a permanent ink pad to stamp the numbers after I had made the buttons. I did mess up a few times and had to take the buttons apart but I eventually got the hang of it.

I used fabric paint for stamping another project recently. It worked fine but it wasn't quite as crisp looking.

Also, after a few glue trials, I ended up using Gorilla glue to attach the velcro to the buttons. The other glues I tried pulled off too easily when moving them around the calendar.

Thanks for the information!  I can see myself making these for housewarming gifts and perhaps xmas gifts, too.

Me too - A great use for some left over scraps from bigger projects since you only need tiny bits of each fabric for the buttons

I was hoping to use my JoAnn's coupon on letters and numbers stamps for this, but they didn't have anything the right size.  Poor, poor, MistressT.  Cry
