I am doing a project in which I want to give a fish bowl the appearance of being filled with water by filling it with resin. But I don't have enough resin to fill the entire bowl, and I'm broke now so I can't exactly buy more.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can could create a solid clear barrier inside the bowl and only fill resin above that, so that when you look into the bowl, it appears you're looking through water from above?
I was thinking of using plastic wrap. And pouring resin on top of it little by little....
Any suggestions?
Thank you.

hmmm, my first idea would have been the fake water that they have in the floral section of craft and hobby stores, don't know how it would look with resin already in the bowl though
