Your challenge this month is to make a mixed media creation!  Your entry can be any size, theme or materials as long as it's mixed media goodness.  Here are some awesome mixed media examples around Craftster to get your gears turning:

Candy Coated (Shoes)
Antelope with Laserdisc: an exploration with stumpwork embroidery (PIC HEAVY)
freeform peyote and fiber cuffs
mixed media jewelry or a little of this and that.....
Photo Album & Scrapbooking Folder
Textile collage cuff
Wooden box with crocheted cherry blossoms + ACTION PICS!
Vintage "Scrabble" box purse

If you participated in the Call for Artists for the CHA SuperShow, and made a new piece between April 2011 - July 2011, feel free to enter it in this challenge, too!*

Rules:

• Craft your project during this challenge period (Jun 6 - Jul 10, 2011).  Projects created before this timeframe will not be removed from the entry board, but they will be excluded from the voting poll.  *If you created a piece for the CHA SuperShow between April and July 2011, it may be entered in this challenge.  
• Post your craft during the period of Jul 1 - Jul 10 2011.  No sooner.  No later.  On Jul 1 2011 there will be a special folder created for entries.
• Voting will happen from Jul 11 - 17 2011.
• Enter only ONE project.  Your entry can have multiple components to it.

Originality:

It's probably impossible to know whether your project is 100% original, has never been posted on Craftster, or made by anyone else in the past.  But if your project was definitely inspired by something you've seen before, please give credit to that project.

At the end, I'll set up a poll right here and the first place winner (US or non-US) will get:

(1) their project in the Featured Projects area

Oh how fun! I've never done anything with mixed media I don't think, but I recently pinned a few beautiful multimedia projects and would love to make an inspired one for myself. Maybe this would be the time to do it!

hmm, I think I might have something, but not totally sure.  I suppose I'll enter and if it doesn't qualify I'll deal with it.

Do you consider the following "mixed media"

balloons, paper, glue, paint, cardboard, ribbon, wood, grommets, fabric, beach ball?

And can the entry be a collection of items that are for an event?
