The pom poms we done by just mixing all the colors together and making a knot (a tight tiny knot) over a bar on the aida cloth. Then cut and fluff. Make sure not to cut too much at first and work your way down.

I keep coming back to look at this cuz it's just so cute!  I started watching Firefly on NetFlix a few weeks ago and am slowly making my way through the series.  I'm trying to make it last as long as possible since there are so few episodes  Cry  This is the next episode and I can't wait to get the kids to bed, break out the embroidery and watch it!  I've seen many incarnations of Jayne's hat but I think this is the first needlework version and I just love it.
