I used this pattern for the basic shape. I used worsted weight yarn rather than thread. I also changed how many decreases in the body to make it look like a guy rather than a girl... and I elongated the legs and the torso. The hair is done by individually putting the yarn. The robe is made with fabric. I just kinda cut out a square and laid him on it and sewed it under his arms.

Incredible job. I like that you made the robe out of fabric. Though I must ask does it billow behind the doll like on the real thing? lol
