I'm not girlie. I've never really been one to wear anything but a t-shirt and, God willing, you'll never catch me in heels, but I saw some rings like these at a store and I wanted one SO badly. They were plastic and painted, and I knew the paint would rub off, but I was willing to work with that. Then I saw the price was $10.50.  Shocked Shocked Shocked I'm lucky if I ever really spend $5 on jewelry, lol. So I went home. And I got crafty.

I love love love this ring! It goes with so much of what I wear. And then I uploaded pictures of said ring onto my Facebook and got....

MY FIRST COMMISSIONED ORDER!  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

I've never been more excited, lol. 1. Because this is my first commissioned work. *squeal!* and 2. The damn white clay that I usually curse 24/7 stayed CLEAN! Cheesy Yay!

Lol sorry, I'm still so super stoked about all this!

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

Thanks everyone!
@amber.hope - I used Sculpey III for these, but that's only because that's all the polymer clay I've had left. I'm going to venture into Fimo. Sculpey was great for me beginning, but I don't like how soft it is. It gets to the point where it stretches/rips when you try to mold it too quickly for me. I do like the way they baked and came out, but working with them was a PITA lol.

so sweet Smiley
yeah white clay can be a pain. i keep a bit of scrap white or translucent clay to roll in my hands before i touch what ever im working with which helps keep the fluff down.

Did you glue the bows onto the rings or embed them into the clay then bake them? I love them, adorable! Awesome job!
