Claiming r0ck0n for a "Fairy tales, Folk tales, children's poems and stories" hoop
Send by June 25
1/0/0

My name is Jodi and I live in Illinois, USA. I am a mother of 3 beautiful kids so a craft that is kept on the wall is perfect for me. So far I only have 1 hoop for my collection and am excited to get more. I am pretty easy going and am open to pretty much any theme, I just really really REALLY hate clowns....and monkeys. Oh and I don't care much for neon. Otherwise, All is fair game. There is alot of information on my wist and profile. If you want more info..just ask! I love to be chatty Smiley

My Themes:
-Trees
-Fish(I am a self labeled fish nerd and have been very active in the fishy forums for years)
-Doodle stitching
-Monochromatic-After doing Hoopla 5, these hoops are looking amazing!
-Anything based on my kids(Son Devan, Daughter's Samantha & Sydney)
-Doberman theme. I have a fawn doberman(if you've never seen one this color, google it-very pretty) named Zeva and she is just amazing.
-Based on my wist
-Stitcher's choice! This means you pick. If you think it is something I will like, I probably will...So stitch it up!

Claims:
DaisyTattoo to r0ck0n for Fairy tales, Folk tales, children's poems and stories(6/25)

Hiya everyone! I'm T! I live in Georgia (USA) with my husband and 2 kidlets. I'm a high school Spanish teacher who crafts to keep her sanity.

I am not picky about size nor shape of hoop that you may send me. I have tons of info about my likes/dislikes in my profile as well as So You Want to Swap? page on my blog. I'm the chatty type so if you have any questions, feel free to send me a quick PM!

PLEASE, no profanity or Day of the Dead stuff!

My Wist!

My Shiny New Pinterest!

My Themes
1. Celtic knotwork - pure knotwork, not zoomorphs (twisted animals/humans) which get kind of creepy

2. anything Japanese - My bathroom (done in taupe, cream and black accents) is decorated in a Japanese themes. Maybe something like a geisha, samurai, koi or kanji

3. something inspired by Hispanic cultures for decorating my classroom. For example, I already have a Flamenco dancer and a hoop with the Aztec sun god.   (Please no Day of the Dead stuff. My admins don't quite understand this concept so I have to be very careful about what I use.)

4. Nature - I LOVE trees and clouds, not so much into the cutesified animals though.

5. Garden gnomes - my newest addiction Smiley

6. Constellations - I love all of them!

7. Mythological creatures - Pegasus, Dragon, Unicorn, Hydra

8. a Butterfly or a Faery for my daughter's growing hoopla, a smallish size hoop would be preferable for this

9. My favorite quote - "Be the change that you want to see in the World." - M. Ghandi

10. a hummingbird, a hawk or a cardinal

11. a cat sleeping in an odd position...you'd have to see how my cat Raven sleeps...crazy furchild!

12. a Green Man - I LOVE the pattern on Urban Threads! Cheesy

13. something inspired by my Wist or Pinterest

MY CLAIMS LIST
TroubleT to meganlorraine - a Wist inspired hoop - Send by June 21 - sent!

Hello! I'm Zidisha, and I'm currently in Georgia. I've recently dedicated a full wall to hoopla and would love the help of you wonderful craftsterers to help me fill it out!

I'm pretty easy to please, and love a variety of styles. My favorite things are probably pop culture references, text, graphic, vintage/retro, humor, and things that are a wee bit twisted. I'm okay with any size/shape; I like variety. As far as colors, I pretty much like anything in the jewel range and not pastel; but my faves are dark purple, grey, mustard yellow, and aqua-teal-turquoise type colors. I'd love if the background fabric wasn't white/beige/etc., but if that works for your design idea, then by all means go for it!!

Themes:
-portrait of Friedrich Nietzsche
-maps: Hawaii, Australia, or Panama
-Soviet Russia / USSR
-one of these films:
   -Lars and the Real Girl
   -American Beauty
   -Little Miss Sunshine
   -Rent!
-anything Glee!! My fave characters as far as quotes are Sue and Brittany/Santana
-something inspired by my wists or etsy faves
-Watchmen (I especially love Dr. Manhattan)
-Dexter (the TV show)
-musicals (Wicked, Chicago, or Zanna, Don't!)
-silly humour
-vintage cameras
-Catholic saints
-tarot cards
