I'm not sure if this is the place for this, but I couldn't decide where else to put it!  So misc, here we go!

Thanks to crafter's petunya who posted her Gradnma's Buttons Memorial Shadowbox.  It constantly gives me inspiration.

I made a shadowbox button wreath for my mom for Christmas last year and she love it!

This time I took the shadowbox button idea into a new shape.  I created this for my partner Miss Barbara for the Tree Swap Round 3.

My great grandma use to collect buttons and trims off all the clothes that were no longer wearable.  She was born in 1900 and lived through the Great Depression.  She saved everything!  Luckily she did because they have brought me great joy.  Miss Barbara got some love from my great grandma.  This was made from buttons from my great grandma as well as some buttons that I've collected.  It is on a stormy background.

Thanks for looking!
