Random memory attack!

I absolutely adored this top: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=380679.0 and I have a ton of scarves from my thrift shopping adventures.

I used an old top I had and my favorite scarf! Well, tbh, it's the only scarf that would cover my upper half. lol.


It was really simple! I cut across from armpit to armpit. Then, I cut the scarf in half, pinned to the tube of fabric left, and sewed it together. I sewed the top to make a neckhole and to hopefully keep from flashing my old lady bra!

This is my first top I've made! I've cut up many a t-shirt in high school, but this was pretty special! I added a belt because I felt there wasn't enough of a "transistion" between where I sewed the pieces together. I'm in love with this top now!

(Sorry the pic is dark. Had to do the self timer on my old camera and it hates me!)
