Now that I'm sewing/making more things for other people and not just myself, my dad suggested I should make personalized tags. I made these using plain old erasers. It was a little tedious, but I'm very happy with the outcome.

The cardboard one is for a pair of earrings and the fabric tags for a bag I'm making.

Close-up of stamp (Sorry it's a bit dirty, the shot was after I painted over it and it didn't wash off 100%)

"Newspaper boat" is the name of my blog, and of course all items I make are "Made with <3"

Comments and critique are welcome!

I've often thought about carving a stamp, you inspire me to try. If you can make stamps with text small enough to go on a fabric label, then I'm sure I can mess up something bigger!

Go for it! It's very satisfying to see the result once you're done =D
Hehe the small text got me thinking I should have gotten a kiddy stamp set with rubber letters, but I think this is cooler =)

Very cute, and a nice personal touch for the things you make!
