First a preview pic:

I was given this task by my boyfriends mother to create a dress for his daughter a few months ago. When I first got it, I didn't realize how hard it would be on my own. Finally, this week my mom and I were able to knock this sucker out of the park! And I am really proud of what I've accomplished. Smiley

This is my first sewing project in years with an actual pattern. (Which, by the way, is McCall's M5498)

Front & Back:

Front & Back (full length):

The reason why it's a regular dress with mermaid colors is because when she went to Disneyland, bf's daughter found a dress that she LOVED that was similar to this. But, alas, it was too expensive. So Bf's mom brought the challenge to me Smiley
Thanks for looking!
