So awesome to see stuff in the gallery! The veggie riddle inchies are super cute, as are the famous pigs. And I'm also thinking of stealing the splash of color theme in the future...

I think that one good thing about beginners inchies is that people absolutely have their own style as they have so little experience with this type of craft that they just go with the flow, producing this amazing array of different ideas and techniques.

My favourite inchies so far have to be the quilted inchies that Kaotic craftster made.

I agree and say this also about the Dotee swaps. While I subscribe to the notion (and Project Runway sentiment) that you need to know the rules in order to break the rules, I also think beginners go way outside the envelope and you end up getting some terrific swap items.
