1st, these ROCK!!!   2nd, did you cut the bangle in half?

Ignore that...I just realized you were using the bangle for tracing...not actually in the construction.  I feel silly.  Grin

Thanks, all!

Jannapy, I was going to say: *grin* I used the bangle to trace the shape I wanted for the outer part - though I used a small bowl to trace a circle for the ones that are just circles.

Now I'm all curious though, about making epaulets that are more structural - with some height to them, maybe with a scene of some sort played out through miniatures....

Oh good, I'm glad my silly-ness can be of some use...at lease it makes me not feel AS embarrassed.   Cheesy

Love the feathery, fringy things,  but I am really wanting to know where you got your suit of armor dress form from. That thing ROCKS!  Grin

I am so in love with this. You are amazing. I'm going to have to make myself a pair. Truly inspiring. Couldn't press the "this rocks" button harder.

Heee! That was actually a mannequin that I got years and years ago out of a dumpster at a local mall - are you familiar with the men's clothing store Structure? They were getting rid of a bunch of fixtures and I grabbed that sucker ASAP. I didn't have a car at the time - I actually wound up taking it home on the bus with me, which was quite a feat as it's totally heavy and awkward. Thanks! It's one of my favorite things.

Thank you so much! I got all distracted making fabric flowers here recently but I'm looking forward to making some more this week. They're just so FUN. I keep wearing them on little jackets and cardigans - they are definite attention getters.
