Quick?! They take me a good 3 or 4 hours! Then again, I do handsew them all... and I've never really sewn anything before, heh.
Handsewing can be very fun, relaxing--but everything has its place Grin Wait until you get your hands on even a simple sewing machine, hog. you will be unstoppable!

I also have a very basic Brother.. I think it's Brother. It's the Project Runway sewing machine that I got for 50 bucks on Black Friday last year. Woop. I didn't even think to do it on the machine, duh. I am going to test it on a scrap piece, but I assume it would be similar to the applique setting I use.

I feel like I'm slacking off here with how fast everybody is!  I can't wait for this weekend to come so I can finally start making the Ninnis and ignore those work emails/grading tests Smiley

***I don't do personal swaps - I was flaked on and it was not a great experience, however I am open to commissions***

I got one done today for my partner's little girl, and I think it turned out real cute.  Got another one made not stuffed, and should mail on 1st.  They are kind of addictive to make, aren't they?

Too bad I don't hear voices, I would enjoy the company

Ready to get crafting! Supplies are bought, now I just need to sit down for more than 30 minutes at a time! Maybe I'll start now....

hog - I handsew mine as well! So I completely understand what you mean! I've completely handstitched 2 and am working on Ceda's at the moment.

My boyfriend got me started on the Doctor Who series, so I've watched one through four of season one while working on an embellishment piece of Ceda's ninni! It's actually very... Well, it makes the whole process go faster! Cheesy

Also, for the mouth (as I don't have a sewing machine available anymore...), I just embroidered one on... Of course, mine's a tag different than most would be, anyway!
