After several weeks of spreadsheet work, my wrist has been killing me. So I got out some scrap yarn and a bag of dry lima beans and made this:

It's just a single crochet and I switched out the colors randomly.

I like it a lot and plan to make one a little smaller for my boyfriend. He needs one that is a little lower since he plays a lot of games online and has to move quickly Smiley

Thanks for looking!

Great idea.  Thought:  could it be put in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes to warm the beans?  The warmth could be very therapeutic.  Especially inbetween typing sessions if you role your wrist on it.

Just a thought!!
