so i have a few button down shirts that are about 24 months(maybe a little smaller or a little bigger) and i was wondering if i could make 0-3 month dresses out of them using the same concept as some ive found on here that use mens shirts into womens dresses. Does anyone have any hints or ideas or websites that could help me? Im new to the site and new to a sewing machine.

Although the sizes are different, you could still use the same concept as Cheytown's recon:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=170402.0
