Recently I cut out the pieces to make 6 of these travel wallets following this tutorial: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=273186.0   Each of them was of different fabrics and differing embellishment.

Well, I only finished 4 of them before we all left on our travels to Costa Rica and then only thought to take pictures of the one I made for myself.  Although the tutorial was fairly straight forward I certainly became very close friends with my seam ripper for the first ones but when I got to this last one's construction I really sailed through!  Now I'm home from my wonderful relaxing and adventuresome Costa Rica trip, I have the other 2 waiting for me to complete!  Thanks for the tutorial.  And by the way everyone (including me) who used them thought they were very useful and cute!

I love the colors!  This is one of my favorite things to make because it is so practical and you get to use up all sorts of colors!

Nice job!  I am sure they came in quite handy on your trip!

Nice job. I almost made this for my daughter, but decided on something else.
