Bracelets w/ my Great Grandma's buttons, UPDATE w/ a new bracelet & earrings

My mom has a box of buttons that was my Great Grandma's.  She was born in 1900 and lived through the great depression.  She would save EVERYTHING.  And everything also had little notes about where everything came from.  She was a saver and a documenter.  She would take off the buttons and lace/trim off of clothes that no longer were wearable.  And now my mom has a stash of trims and buttons that I get into every once in a while.  ^_^


Here is the bracelet I made.  This one is mine.  I also made one for my sister, mom, and aunt.  I made myself a necklace to go with, but I can't find the picture of it at the moment.  Sad!


And another this time in browns with a big acorn button.

UPDATE!

I made another button bracelet for my swap partner.  This one has a few newer buttons (the wooden leaves) added to the buttons from my great grandma.  And I made earrings to match.
