I was sad to see that my tube of wasabi is made of non-recyclable plastic, so I had to think of a way to upcycle it.  I simply cut the top off, washed it, punched a few holes and inserted some hooks, and my mini-scissors.  Now I have a handy little crocheting kit to tote in my purse.

I'm anxiously waiting for the toothpaste to run out, so I can try this project out with my tube of toothpaste.

Pattern for the sushi available as an attachment.

My partner just bought one of those tubes today.  Now I just want it to be empty so I can make this.  Amazing idea!
