Given my partners movie choices, I hope she doesn't find sitting through my movies a chore!  Shocked

I was a little worried at some of the picks, but a friend has a assured me that I'll love them, so there you go. Definitely four movies I would never have picked up myself (and one I saw back in the ninties, but not since - Bram Stoker's Dracula)

I know what you mean.  I had never seen any of my partner's picks.  Did manage to watch one of them today and have an inkling of an idea!

Yay! I'm so glad we're partners--- we seem to have similar taste, but you picked some I've been meaning to watch! I LOVE Princess Bride, one of my all-time favorites and I can't believe I forgot that one.
This is going to be such a fun swap!

I am happy with your movie choices too!  I like couple of them (love Amelie!), and others i will watch for the first time.  It's going to be great. Smiley

YAY partners!  So happy, I have only seen one out of five of my partners movies and three I have always wanted to see so this is the perfect opportunity for me to watch them!  YAY!

I feel so bad, I really dislike most of my partner's choices.  Sad  I told her, and I'll still try to do my absolute best craft-wise, but it's going to be tough.  Drama and foreign language movies are not my thing...

I am sorry Smeddley!  Did you see all of the movies from the list?  Sometimes dramas and foreign language movies can surprise you.  Pleasantly.

Yeah, I have seen them, or at least, started watching them!  Last time I had Persepolis and Volver (French and Spanish, subtitled) and I admit I was pleasantly surprised by Vovler, it wasn't bad.

There is one I haven't seen (though, oddly enough, we own it!) so maybe I can make three crafts out of one movie?  Or just re-watch enough of the others to come up with an awesome idea...

That is funny. I watched one of my partner's movie's today and I was like, "really?" But I did get a lot of ideas for a project. I think my partner and I have very different taste in movies, but as long as the crafting doesn't suffer - its all good.

Well, it does push you out of your comfort zone a little bit, both taste wise and crafty wise (which can be good!).  I've watched one movie and already came up with an awesome idea (hopefully I can pull it off and I had to PM a question to double check some details).

I agree. It is good to be pushed a little sometimes. I imagine my partner thinks I am a psychopath based on my movie choices.  Roll Eyes I'm a little crazy - but not a psychopath.
