     I couldn't resist making this pattern for my cousin who is a cat lover after seeing it on tjw1962's youtube crochet channel. I used all the colors she just redecorated her dining room with so it will be perfect for her comfy rattan rocker, I hope she likes it.

I want one for myself and I might do it in black and orange for a Halloween throw.

Oh wow! They do look like little cats! Do you have the link to where you got the pattern? I have a hard time finding things on youtube, and would love to make this for my aunt for Christmas, she loves cats!

tjw1962 on youtube is Teresa from Art of Crochet. She has a post with pattern for that afghan here

That afghan is pretty cute, but all the cat lovers I know have cats - something with holes like that wouldn't last long with kitty claws around! It's very clever though!

I received an afghan with that pattern as a wedding gift 5 years ago.  It's fun to see the looks on my friends faces when they realize that the whole pattern is cats.

I made a sample block with that pattern.  It works up really fast.  I made it into a tote, but it's not holding up well.

I'm using this pattern for a blue-colored blanket. It was going to be a wedding present for my brother and sister-in-law, but two years later - it's probably going to be for their baby-to-be. That way it can be smaller too.

Anyhow, your blanket it really pretty!

That's such a cute pattern. I'm not a cat person, but I like it. Perhaps when I let myself crochet new things again (so many projects that need to be finished!) I'll try this out. Thanks for sharing.
