I received the other day from malkavian6. I finally got to move back in to my appartment today (we were displaced for 16 days due to flooding), so I am able to post a picture. She chose my "mystical creatures" theme and made me this lovely mermaid. I'm really torn though... part of me wants to put her on my hoopla wall... part of me wants to hang her in my mermaid themed bedroom.  Grin

Sorry it took me an extra day to get pics up, it's a little crazy here since school got out.

Here is my beautiful owl from schnerby.  She used all vintage supplies!  I've always loved this pattern, so I am so glad someone finally made him for me!

Thank You!

He got there pretty swiftly. Glad you like it! The threads are a mixture of vintage embroidery silks and the funny thread stuff they used to use to fix holes in their stockings. It was surprisingly good to work with.

I received today from Schnerby & here it is.
Not only is it a hoop, it's a pin board. How cool is that!!

I received from FiberAlchemist!  She did a perfect representation of my theme Northwest Native American Art -- which isn't surprising since she's in Washington state!

It's a salmon!

Detail shot of stitching -- I love the fill!

Thank you soooo much!  It's my very first!

I love the tiny bird on a branch - what pretty color choices!

The mermaid face and hair are beautiful!

The stitching on the salmon is amazing!

I feel like i have missed half the hoops here since I have been sorta busy. Each and every one has been praiseworthy - they are all gorgeous!
