This is my very first project from wood. I am a bit familiar with the tablesaw and I am a pro with the drill but I have never built anything wood that was to be useful!

This cost me $0 to make because we have lots of old lumber saved up. Once I got the hang of it it went quick, around 3.5 hours start to finnish.

If you are going to do some wood work dont nail. Glue and screw is the best way for sure. Partly because you can unscrew and adjust if needed. Now I might try something a little more complex!

P.S. That is Kujo a.k.a. Pong, the barn cat.

This is a GREAT wee table!  I like the construction - so perfect for my front porch - send it to me right away!  I can use it to hold cocktails!  And empty cocktail glasses!   Cheesy

Looking at the thumbnail I thought that it was some form of outdoor cat shelter. But I suppose if he's already got a whole barn to live in, the table just wouldn't be good enough for him. I personally think that it's superb. I can't believe it only took you 3.5 hours to make.

Yeah, that's the way to use lumber you got left over. A beautiful rustic table. Well done!

("wee" means "small", right? I'm from Sweden you know, my english vocabulary has many white spots.. Smiley).
